Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our growing Superior Futures for Youth program. This program serves youth experiencing homelessness across Delta, Menominee, and Schoolcraft Counties, with this position primarily supporting Dickinson and Iron Counties.
This role provides housing stabilization and supportive case management services to youth ages 12–24, helping them achieve long-term stability and independence. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth services, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in community settings. Travel up to 75% throughout the service area is required. The ideal candidate would reside within one of the counties served.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), benefits-eligible position.
Under the direction of program leadership, the Case Manager delivers professional-level social work and case management services to individuals and families. This role involves assessing client needs, coordinating services, and providing ongoing support to help youth achieve stable housing and improved well-being.
• State certification such as Certified Social Worker (CSW), Certified Professional Counselor (CPC), or equivalent
