The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct care and support to patients, promoting safety and recovery while assisting clinical and nursing teams. Responsibilities include monitoring patient well-being, facilitating daily routines, and maintaining professional boundaries.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of patient care experience or 1 year plus an associate's degree. Preferred qualifications include experience with adult patients and CPR certification.
12-hour shifts. Accepting applications for all shifts/hours. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 2 years patient care experience OR; 1 year patient care experience + Associate's degree required OR; Alternatively, successful completion of the ARS training through the BHT I. Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards
Experience working with adult patients (18+) preferred. CPR and Standard First Aid certification or in process of obtaining preferred.
