Advocates work closely with adolescents, youth, and families to provide advocacy and support through behavioral health and respite care, which may include transportation and one-on-one in-home services. Responsibilities involve participating in treatment plan development, building trusting relationships with youth, and assisting them in achieving identified goals.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and possess a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and availability for flexible scheduling including after-school hours, evenings, and weekends are mandatory.
