Must be an LMHP (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or license-eligible clinician in Virginia. Experience in crisis or emergency behavioral health settings is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.

💻 What You’ll Do Conduct real-time remote crisis assessments using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms Evaluate risk, safety concerns, and clinical needs Make independent decisions on level of care and next steps Complete timely, audit-ready documentation Collaborate with a responsive and experienced crisis team
