The primary role involves operating imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images and providing necessary patient education regarding the radiology procedure. The technologist is also responsible for ensuring all patient radiology records are properly processed and documented promptly.
Candidates must be a graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology and possess American Registry of Radiologic Technologists registration or eligibility, along with an active Ohio Radiographer license and BLS certification. One to three years of experience is preferred for this role.
Operates imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images. Provides appropriate patient education regarding the radiology procedure. The technologist ensures that all aspects of patient radiology records are processed and documented properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner.
Education and Training
One (1) to three (3) years experience preferred. For PRN positions, at least one year current experience preferred.
