The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for engaging patients respectfully, managing patient data and treatment plan tasks using multiple computer programs, and determining dental benefit eligibility for financial arrangements. They must also handle all treatment paperwork, clearly communicate treatment options and costs to patients, and maintain a sterile, patient-centric work environment while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates must have one or more years of Orthodontic Treatment Planning experience and be detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced office. Essential qualifications include commitment to punctuality, acting with integrity and confidentiality, a desire to learn, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, and superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.

Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile. Provide excellent customer service and address any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns. Update, maintain, and coordinate the scheduling system and patient records for multiple providers. Answering scheduling queries via email and phone. Confirm appointments and obtain patient's consents. Send reminders to patients. Reschedule appointments when necessary. Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency Performing other administrative tasks when required. Take X-Rays and assist in the back as needed Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment. Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
One (1) or more years of Orthodontic experience Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills. Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Commitment to being punctual and reporting to work on time. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Desire and ability to learn new skills and be a team player. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth. Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology. RDA with X-ray Certification preferred
