The Occupational Therapist will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services, including evaluating home safety and assessing functional needs of physically disabled patients. Responsibilities also involve developing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment procedures to promote independence and coordinating with physicians on treatment plans.
Candidates must be licensed Occupational Therapists with a current CA AHA Basic Life Support - CPR certification. Success in this role requires strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, implementation for in-home care, and excellent communication for patient education.
