The Occupational Therapy Assistant will collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and other team members to plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients receiving care in their homes. This role supports CHI Franciscan Home Health's mission of improving patient health within the community.
Candidates must possess an Associate of Applied Science degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field, along with an active OTA license in the practicing state. A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting and current CPR/BLS certification are also mandatory requirements.
