The role involves collaborating within an interdisciplinary behavioral health team to provide psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to patients. Responsibilities also include maintaining clinical documentation, participating in team meetings, offering consultation to medical staff, and supporting crisis intervention.
Candidates must possess a Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology and hold or be eligible for an Illinois Psychologist license. Required experience includes providing psychological assessment and therapy in a clinical or healthcare setting, along with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in integrated primary care, hospital-based psychology, or specialty behavioral health. Familiarity with EPIC and interdisciplinary care models. Training in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma‑focused therapies. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
