The Registered Occupational Therapist II provides quality patient care by conducting evaluations, planning and implementing treatment programs, and completing related documentation and communication. Key duties include providing essential in-home occupational therapy services, evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and developing individualized treatment procedures to promote independence.
Candidates must possess two or more years of experience as a Registered Occupational Therapist and hold current certification from the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board or satisfy all current state legal requirements. Competency as a general practitioner of Occupational Therapy as defined by AOTA and current CPR-BLS Certification within 30 days are also required.
