Job Summary and Responsibilities RN Campus Float Pool - Tier III Tier one: works a single modality/level of care in multiple departments-10% differential Tier two: works two modalities/levels of care in multiple departments-15% differential Tier three: works in three modalities/levels of care in multiple departments-20% differential A campus float pool developed by CHI Health for flexible nurses, providing high quality care to patients across multiple nursing departments.
