This position involves working on an as-needed (PRN) basis as a Board Certified Anatomic & Clinical Pathologist within a hospital-based practice setting. The role benefits from a friendly work atmosphere, administrative support, and a strong referral base from local primary care physicians.
Candidates must possess a Doctorate degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in the appropriate specialty, along with holding a Physician License from the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration. Applicants must also be eligible for medical staff membership, appropriate privileges, and participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
Licenses/Certifications: Licensed by the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
