This Psychotherapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, which encompasses comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, and facilitating patient progress through various therapy modalities. The role requires effectively managing a patient caseload while demonstrating appropriate knowledge and skills for the age and diagnoses of the patients served.
Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree in counseling or social work and current Illinois licensure as an LCPC or LCSW, with BLS certification required if hired into a Rural Health Clinic location. Preferred qualifications suggest two years of post-master's experience working with the target patient population and experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
