• Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Urology Clinic RN you will help by being an integral part of a collaborative team, partnering with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, holistic care for our Urology patients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans Educate patients and families on urological health and treatments Assist physicians in clinical duties to deliver high-quality care Manage a busy practice efficiently and professionally We are offering a $20,000 sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Required Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing or LPN licensure Active RN or LPN icense in North Dakota or a compact state. Current CPR certification (BLS required within 480 hours of hire). Preferred Minimum 1 year of hospital or clinic nursing experience (urology experience preferred).
