The therapist will provide compassionate and effective psychotherapy and counseling services, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions for clients managing mental health challenges. Responsibilities also include maintaining clinical documentation, managing a caseload, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, or a related behavioral health field, along with the appropriate independent practitioner/counselor or social worker licensure in Nebraska. Preferred candidates will have three years of post-licensure experience in mental health or addiction recovery.
