This role involves providing professional nursing services focused on quality patient care consistent with organizational standards, including administering medications, assessing patient needs, and implementing appropriate interventions. The nurse is accountable for the quality of care, directing care activities, providing education, and delegating tasks to the care team.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, with a BSN preferred, and possess a minimum of 6 months of previous RN experience, preferably one year in an acute care setting. A current Washington State RN license and current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification are mandatory.
