The role involves providing occupational therapy services, including the development, implementation, and coordination of the therapy program for individuals with disabilities affecting daily life activities. This includes screening, evaluation, and providing therapeutic intervention based on professional judgment and clinical knowledge to create individualized programs.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and hold the required State Licensure in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA. Acute care experience is preferred, and non-graduates eligible for licensure will be considered.
Contribute to the care plan via observation, data collection, and communication.
Provide basic patient care as delegated.
Contribute to evaluation through observation of responses and communication of findings. Job Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age Successful Completion of the 75-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant course Active Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing in Nebraska Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
