• As our Pharmacy Manager you will foster a service culture based on continuous quality Improvement, and create structures and processes that assure cost effective and safe utilization of drug supplies and staff time.
• You will lead initiatives and contribute to the provision of high-quality care, and provide direction and supportive resources regarding day-to-day operations for the department to reduce harm to patients and improve patient outcomes.
• You will be responsible for Implementing and administering fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and coordinating financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed or supplemental Masters Degree (MBA, MS, MHA, etc) preferred. #LI-DH #PharmMgrCA
