The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating comprehensive care for assigned patients, ensuring the delivery of individualized and age-appropriate care. This role requires assessing patient status, interpreting clinical data, and addressing unique care requirements in alignment with established policies and procedures.
Candidates must possess a current California Registered Nurse License and are required to have at least one year of Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience, with a preference for two years at a Level III L&D unit. Required certifications include BLS, and ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), Basic Arrhythmia, and Basic Fetal Monitoring must be obtained within six months of employment.
