Provide therapeutic services, assessments, and placement planning for youth using trauma-informed and solution-focused interventions. Coordinate case management and collaborate with state agencies, courts, and community partners to support youth and families.
Requires a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and a valid Michigan professional license. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in clinical assessment and CBT, along with a valid driver's license and required background clearances.

Position Overview The Therapist provides therapeutic services, assessments, and placement planning for youth in the Destiny Center, ensuring compliance with all State of Michigan child welfare and licensing standards. This role supports youth and families through trauma-informed, solution‑focused interventions and coordinates ongoing case management needs.
