The Physical Therapist will assist patients in rebuilding or maintaining physical well-being to optimize function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life through daily tasks like initial evaluations and developing individualized plans of care. Responsibilities also include consistently meeting productivity standards, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and families, and promoting a positive customer service environment.
Candidates must possess a required Degree in Physical Therapy, with graduates eligible for licensure being considered upon hire. Essential attributes include strong age-appropriate competency skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.
Bachelor Degree; Major in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or other Physical Therapy related field Licensed by the State of Texas, Physical Therapist BLS CPR certified, American Heart Association Minimum Experience: Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Effective Communication Knowledge of the principles and skills of the clinical process to provide patient care and treatment. Critical thinking skills Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal Basic Computer skills
