The clinician is responsible for planning and implementing clinical services, including assessments and individualized treatment plans for adolescents with serious mental health challenges. They provide one-on-one counseling, facilitate therapeutic groups, and coordinate care with families and external psychiatric providers.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and be eligible for LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensure. Experience in crisis stabilization and a strong understanding of adolescent trauma are required.

About the Program
Our IRTP facilities serve male and female youth referred through the Department of Mental Health (DMH). These short-term, locked residential programs provide intensive therapeutic support to adolescents struggling with serious mental illness and/or severe emotional and behavioral disturbances. Salary: $70,000 annually No on-call | Low caseload | Supervision hours for Licensure provided
