The Oncology Nurse Navigator ensures adult oncology patients receive coordinated, quality care from diagnosis through survivorship. They act as a clinical resource and primary contact, coordinating a patient-centered approach between the multidisciplinary team and caregivers.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing and at least two years of oncology nursing experience. A valid Pennsylvania or compact nursing license is required, with oncology certification preferred.

1. Two (2) years oncology nursing required. 2. Strong and effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Self-starter, enthusiastic, able to motivate others. 3. Strong interpersonal skills; able to professionally interact with all internal and external customers. 4. Strong service excellence commitment. Excellent patient care skills. Patient and family education experience.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required. 2. Master’s Degree in nursing preferred
