The Otolaryngologist will be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans utilizing medications like antihistamines, decongestants, and steroid nasal sprays. They will also advise patients on environmental allergen avoidance and perform procedures such as balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, or septoplasty to enhance breathing and sinus drainage when medical management is insufficient.
Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain an Oregon Medical License, and ABOHNS or AOCOO-HNS Certifications are preferred. The role is full-time, permanent, direct-hire, involving a 4x10 day shift split between clinic and operating room duties with selective call.
