As a Graduate Nurse, the role involves providing direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting under supervision, including monitoring conditions and assisting with assessments and care planning. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and authorized to take the NCLEX-RN, practicing as a Graduate Nurse under Board of Nursing authorization. A requirement is obtaining an Alabama RN License or Nurse Licensure Compact license within three months of hire, along with current BLS certification.
