Job Description

We are seeking a LPN to provide Methadone dosing and related services. Experience in administering schedule II Narcotics and phlebotomy certification is preferred. Porch Light Health is a local leader in outpatient treatment of Opioid Use Disorders and other addictive disorders. Responsibilities

Nurse works under the supervision of the Director of nursing and the clinical Manager. Nurse is responsible for the safe and the efficient dispensing and administering of Methadone to opioid dependent clients.: Documentation of medical and clinical records and observations, records keeping regarding Methadone inventory and control. Works in close coordination with other treatment team members. Interested candidates should have a strong interest in working in substance abuse field, be a team player, be organized, and have a strong interpersonal communication skills and be dependable.

Requirements

LPN or RN from an accredited university nursing school licensed through the Colorado Board Of Nursing. 1-2 years experience as a Methadone Dispensing Nurse Phlebotomy experience and/or certification

• Hours are daily from 5:30
• AM to 1:30 PM M-F - Saturday shifts will be required in the future.

Work Location

In person, out-patient clinic Fort Collins - clinic site will be located Greeley.
