As a Patient Care Technician, you will provide essential care to adult and geriatric patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Your role includes assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient safety.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant clinical experience. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and push heavy equipment is also required.

Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance.
