The role involves conducting thorough dental hygiene procedures such as scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis, alongside performing comprehensive periodontal and caries risk assessments. Responsibilities also include educating patients on hygiene practices and assisting in developing personalized treatment plans based on assessments and dentist recommendations.
Candidates must possess a degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution and hold a valid state dental hygiene license. Additional required or desired certifications include CPR, Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, and Laser Certification where applicable.
Competitive hourly base pay up to $75 per hour with uncapped bonus potential.
Total compensation includes base pay, uncapped bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k with company match, and additional pre-tax savings plan.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate is a personable professional who is passionate about dental health and enjoys building strong relationships with patients. This role involves performing dental hygiene procedures, educating patients on best oral hygiene practices and products, and practicing proactively.
Responsibilities: Include:
Conduct thorough hygiene procedures to include: scaling and root planing, gingivitis scaling, and prophylaxis.
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, medical history assessments, and caries risk assessments.
Educate patients on hygiene treatments needed based on medical and periodontal assessments.
Take digital radiographs as necessary for patient diagnosis.
Assist in developing personalized AAP and ADA based treatment plans per patient need, based on assessments and dentist recommendations.
Work closely with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Engage patients in a friendly, reassuring manner, while addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans and completed procedures.
Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment.
Degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental hygiene license.
CPR, Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Laser Certification (where required).
