The Caregiver will provide various personal caregiving services, including assistance with personal needs, hygiene, mobility, and feeding, according to an established plan of care within the client's home. Responsibilities also encompass light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, running errands, and providing compassionate companionship to clients.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate the ability to read and write adequately for required documentation. Essential qualifications include maintaining current First Aid and CPR certifications, being physically capable of performing tasks, and exhibiting empathy, emotional maturity, and strong communication skills when dealing with the ill, elderly, or disabled.
What you will do: Responsibilities listed include, but are not limited to, the following: Conducts full-cycle recruitment to include, job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and processing pre-employment background checks, and onboarding Represents the local branch in job fairs, on-site hiring events, and build solid partnerships within the local community Implements and adheres to company policies and complies with state and federal laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance Enhances the candidates experience throughout the process in a timely manner and adheres to service level agreements (SLAs) Maximizes best practices in recruitment strategies and diversifies candidate outreach efforts on social media and job platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, MyCNAjobs, etc.) Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and human resource teams with on-going staffing needs and maintains up-to-date employment records Utilizes the applicant tracking software (iCIMS) and completes data entry within payroll and schedule tracking systems Coordinates required trainings, confirms team member certification requirements, and conducts periodic audits of employee files The goal is to interview and identify compassionate individuals who are eager to serve the clients within the local community with their daily activities in the comfort of their homes.
