The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) will assist residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding, while also monitoring and recording vital signs. They must collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for long-term care residents.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have completed a nursing assistant certification program, holding a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification. CPR Certification is required, and while long-term care experience is desired, Test Ready Nursing Assistants must pass the state test within 120 days of hire.

Fulton Manor is seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our long-term care team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a variety of shifts to fit your schedule. As an STNA at Fulton Manor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in residents’ conditions. Provide support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care. Education: High school diploma or GED.
Long-term care experience is desired.
Must be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
