Home Health Aides will provide in-home care tailored to each client's individual needs, which may include personal care assistance such as hygiene and dressing, mobility support, and companionship. Duties also involve meal planning, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and care documentation.
Candidates must complete a two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray, and pass the state competency test or hold a valid CNA license. A reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor, along with a valid driver's license and ability to travel for work, are also required.
