Home Health Aides will provide in-home care tailored to each client's individual needs, which may include personal care assistance such as hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. Responsibilities also encompass companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
Candidates must complete a two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray, and pass the state competency test provided by the agency or hold a valid CNA license. A reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor, along with a valid driver's license and ability to travel, are also required.
