The primary responsibilities include assisting dentists in long-term care facilities with procedures, preparing the necessary rooms for dental exams and treatments, and handling both clinical and administrative documentation.
Candidates should possess good computer skills, and prior experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, or PCA is considered a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with being reliable and team-oriented, are essential qualifications.
