The Counselor provides direct counseling services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while partnering with leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment for residents. Responsibilities also involve assessing client needs, preparing treatment plans, documenting all services, and coordinating support services and crisis interventions.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold one of several specified licenses, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LCADC. The role requires assessing clients using DSM and ASAM criteria to determine appropriate levels of care and treatment.

You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
