The Homemaker will deliver direct services to clients according to the 'Request for Services' form, which includes assisting with homemaking, personal care, home care, and meal preparation as instructed. Essential duties also involve running errands for the client and maintaining accurate records of all services rendered.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and complete Home Care Training, with prior experience in direct care for the elderly being preferred. Applicants are required to have their own transportation, a valid Driver's License, and must pass a TB Skin Test, Criminal Background Check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
Summary The Homemaker will be responsible for providing direct services to clients as outlined on the “Request for Services” form. These services are defined in the Home Care Regulation of the State of Kentucky and the Title III and Homemaker definitions of the State of Kentucky.
