KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist respiratory therapists with patient treatments, including oxygen therapy and aerosol treatments Set up, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment Monitor and record patient vital signs, oxygen levels, and responses to treatments Perform routine diagnostic procedures such as pulse oximetry and basic pulmonary function support Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies Stock and organize respiratory supplies and equipment Provide basic patient education under the supervision of a licensed respiratory therapist
