The representative is responsible for greeting patients and conducting observed urine collections for individuals in recovery programs. They must also process specimens for laboratory shipping and maintain a clean, organized testing site.
A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required. Candidates must be comfortable working with diverse populations and be able to stand or lift up to 10 lbs.
The Female Drug Screening Representative plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery. You’ll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients at the testing center Conduct observed urine collections with female patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standards Primary worksite may vary based on operational needs. Regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45 mile radius may be required Schedule Part-time: about 14 hours per week Must have flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs Primary hours: 2 rotating days a week from 6am-1pm You'd start in Hartford from 6am-7am, then cover Morgantown from 8am-10am, and finish with covering Brownsville from 11am-1pm Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance
