The representative is responsible for greeting patients and conducting observed urine collections for individuals in recovery programs. They must also prepare specimens for laboratory shipping and maintain the cleanliness of the testing site.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates must be comfortable working with diverse populations and be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
The Male Drug Screening Representative plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery. You’ll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients at the testing center Conduct observed urine collections with male patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standards Primary worksite may vary based on operational needs. Regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45 mile radius may be required Schedule Part-time: about 9 hours per week Must have flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs Primary hours: 2 rotating days per week from 6:00am-11:30am CST Starts in Morgantown 6:00am-7:00am then travel to Marion 8:00am-9:00am then travel to Dixon 10:30am-11:30am Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance
