Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) – Outpatient

Our new Intensive Outpatient Program in Glendive, MT (opening summer 2026) is looking for a compassionate therapist to join the team. Job Title: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Location: Glendive, MT (Note: This is our newest program in MT that is set to open June 2026, with staff starting in May.) Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program Salary: Up to $93,600 depending upon experience **This position is eligible for a $7,000 sign on bonus*
• Population: Older adults, ages 65+ Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) Supervision Available: Psychiatric Medical Care provides supervision for provisionally licensed therapists / social workers / counselors. Responsibilities

Requirements
