Physician, Advanced Gastroenterology - ERCP/EUS Specialist

Overview

• We are currently seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist with expertise and advanced training in ERCP and EUS procedures.
• You will be part of a high-volume and high-producing Gastroenterology practice, consisting of 8 Gastroenterologists and supported by 10 APPs, 4 Nurses and 8 Medical Assistants.
• Our physicians provide inpatient critical care at WakeMed as well as outpatient services and procedures.
• We care for patients across Wake county with offices in Raleigh and Cary.
• The WakeMed Physician is responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients cared for by their division.
• The Physician may be responsible for providing teaching and supervision to residents, medical students and/or APPs within their division.
• The Physician is responsible for appropriate coding and corporate compliance and may be responsible for some general administrative responsibilities of the practice.
• Physician reports directly to the Director of their assigned division and understands and supports the mission values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices and WakeMed.

Licensure: Licensed Medical Physician And Board Certification in Area of Practice Required Education
