The Residential Aide is responsible for providing a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity. This role aims to improve the quality of life by assisting individuals in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess the physical ability to lift 200 lbs with assistance. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to obtain necessary background clearances (ACT 33/34 and FBI) are also required.
