The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide direct patient care according to established care plans and physician orders, which includes administering and managing medication. Responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate documentation of all care provided and managing necessary medication and supply inventory.
Candidates must possess a valid Texas LVN License in good standing and are preferred to have at least two years of experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plan and physician’s orders Administer and manage medication Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided Maintain appropriate medication and supply inventory as applicable Provide patient education in accordance with established plan of care Other duties as assigned
