Registered Nurses will assess the physical, psychosocial, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients, developing individualized plans of care based on collected data. Responsibilities also include implementing clinical care, nursing, and medical orders, with potential assumption of charge nurse duties under management direction.
Candidates must possess a New York State RN License and have a minimum of one year of experience in acute care or mental health nursing. CPR Certification is required, and prior experience working with substance abuse is preferred.

Conifer Park is looking for Full-time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in Glenville, NY. You will assess physical, psychosocial, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Developing an individualized plan of care based on data obtained from all sources, while implementing clinical care, nursing and medical orders. May assume the duties of charge nurse on unit under the director of the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
NY State RN License, with a minimum 1-year experience in acute care/mental health nursing, CPR Certification required, and experience working with substance abuse preferred.
