Animal Care Coordinator

The Animal Care Coordinator will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of hospitalized patients by feeding, medicating, monitoring them, and maintaining clean kennel areas. This role also involves performing laundry, stocking rooms, assisting with patient handling, and accurately recording patient data for the medical team.

Candidates must have at least six months of experience in an animal care setting and possess basic knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting protocols, along with the ability to recognize common signs of animal illness or distress. The role requires comfort handling various dogs and cats, knowledge of restraint techniques, physical ability to lift heavy items, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
