The Speech Language Pathologist will provide SLP services within a skilled nursing facility, focusing on supporting patients with challenges related to speech, language, cognition, and swallowing. This involves utilizing evidence-based techniques for both dysphagia and communication therapy while collaborating closely with the supportive in-house rehabilitation team.
Candidates must possess ASHA certification and a valid South Carolina SLP license to qualify for this role. Desirable attributes include being flexible, reliable, and team-oriented, with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Medicare being a plus.
