The Physical Therapist assists patients in restoring physical function through comprehensive evaluation and subsequent treatment planning and execution. This role involves working across two specified clinic locations based on census needs.
Required qualifications include a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (unless grandfathered prior to 2016) and an active Physical Therapist License. Preferred qualifications include previous experience and a valid state driver's license.

This position is a split position between our Gwynn (303 Kumpf) location and our Glen Park location. Days per week at each clinic are consistent but can switch in general based on clinic census.

Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy *Those licensed after 2016 must have a Doctoral degree. Those who were licensed prior to 2016 are exempt from this requirement as grandfathered under prior IDFPR or MBPT requirement for licensure (which allowed bachelor’s/master’s degree; the normal industry requirement prior to 2016).
Experience: Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Licensure/ Certification: Valid state driver’s license, as verified through the respective state Department of Motor vehicles driving record abstract. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served. Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information. Analytical ability to evaluate patients' physical and functional status, establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans consistent with goals, observe patients and document status, and assist techs and assistants in resolving problems.
