The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care to enrolled participants by evaluating complaints, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating treatment plans including prescriptions. This role involves managing acute and long-term medical needs across various settings like homes and assisted living facilities while collaborating with other providers.
Candidates must possess a current State-issued Nurse Practitioner license and DEA Certification with full prescriptive authority. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, specifically with experience in elderly care, is also required.
