The Occupational Therapist consults, evaluates, plans, and administers prescribed skilled Occupational Therapy services to homebound patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This role also involves managing patient care delivery for a select group of patients, ensuring quality and maintaining open communication with the inter-disciplinary team.
Candidates must possess current Pennsylvania licensure in Occupational Therapy and current CPR certification, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred. One year of clinical experience and recent home care experience are preferred qualifications.
