Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients by performing assessments, formulating goal-directed plans of care, and coordinating activities with the healthcare team. Responsible for documenting patient responses, implementing physician orders, and providing necessary patient education.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license from Florida or a Compact State. Must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with other unit-specific certifications like ACLS or PALS potentially required.
