The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples via venipuncture and other methods while prioritizing patient comfort and safety. This role also involves processing and accurately labeling specimens for laboratory analysis and monitoring vital signs as required.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience, state registration or current work under a physician, and mandatory scrubs. The role requires passing a drug screening and background check, with military experience being preferable.
Fort Stewart, GA 31314Compass Medical Provider, LLC is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to assist us in providing care to the Georgia Army National Guard. Must be available April 29th & April 30th, 2026. As a Phlebotomist, you will be essential in providing high-quality patient care through the collection and processing of blood specimens. You will utilize your core skills in venipuncture, medical terminology, and patient service to ensure accurate and timely blood sampling. With a focus on patient comfort and safety, you will contribute significantly to our healthcare mission, particularly in a military setting where precision and care are paramount. Responsibilities Collect blood samples through venipuncture and other methods while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis. Monitor and record vital signs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and team members to provide exceptional patient care. Must have at least 2 years’ experience, attention to detail, willing to learn, & actively registered with the state or currently working under a physician. Military experience is preferable. Scrubs are a must and training will be mandatory. Must be able to pass a drug screening and a background check.
